Women Leadership
DESCRIPTION

Gender diversity pays off for companies. Research by McKinsey consistently shows that companies with a better gender balance in their leadership are more productive and more profitable than their peers. Still, developing women leaders appears to be difficult.
At the request of our clients, Klass Academy now offers this workshop for women leaders.
It is difficult to find the right balance between being perceived as too feminine or not feminine enough. Successful leaders are authentic leaders. But how to be yourself in an organization that favours role models that you find difficult to identify with, as a woman?

COURSE CONTENT

During this inspiring workshop, you will explore how women can be effective leaders for their organization and what qualities they need. A comparison of historic and current examples, as well as peer-to-peer feedback, will help you leverage your own authenticity as a woman leader.
The workshop draws from Dr. Paul Vanderbroeck’s unique research on what makes women leaders successful.
