In 2021, the digitalized training and consultancy company \u201cKLASS ACADEMY<\/a>\u201d became a familiar name to many global companies within Credit Management, Order to Cash & Finance disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Klass Academy\u2019s trainings of \u201cblended<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cmicro<\/strong>\u201d learning, with a focus to provide personalized training in small classes in a fun way, is developing and motivating individuals & teams to improve productivity<\/strong> and performance<\/strong>. Our customers are improving customer service<\/strong> and increasing profits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GEOGRAPHICAL REACH INCREASED<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, we can proudly say Klass Academy became global!  We increased our own workforce, employing talents from Switzerland, France, Brazil, Hungary, UK, Italy, USA, and India.  We grew our sales with many companies, in many industries, and in many locations across the globe.  New learners from Asia, Central America, the Middle East, and Europe, were able to attend our courses and events on-line and in person.  We had the pleasure to start training and collaborations with the teams of some leading global companies, including Diageo, Thermo Fisher and Dell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2021 was of course a challenge for everyone with the continuation of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Still, we were pleased to be able to deliver both on-line and in-person live courses to our learners, supporting our core educational approach of \u201cblending\u201d different interactive learning methods to maximize effectiveness.  We launched and delivered our Level 4 Credit Management Live Course, accredited by NCFE on-line and passed the Quality Audit to become an accredited NCFE center.  We added short 1-day courses to our portfolio and delivered face-to-face training on \u201cIn Depth Financial Analysis\u201d and \u201cUnderstanding Credit Risk\u201d, in the UK and Hungary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Along with the transfer and practice of technical knowledge and solutions, we had a lot of fun with the learners, and were happy to bring a few smiles and laughs to some committed individuals and teams.  We had fun\u2026!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With our collaborators and partners: Forums International (UK)<\/a>, OPI (Switzerland)<\/a>, Association for Credit Management (Switzerland)<\/a>, Credit Management Group (Hungary)<\/a>, InnoGold (Hungary)<\/a> we delivered on average 1 event per month in the areas of Finance, Credit Management, O2C, as well as education, learning and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bringing together and providing a platform for professionals to share their expertise and perspective, on topical subjects, in a fast-moving environment, is paramount for the development of individuals, teams and companies to be successful.  We look forward to developing our collaboration with our friends and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We continued to develop our website and LMS (Learning Management System) \u2013 not only to clearly demonstrate who Klass Academy are, but to provide a platform that is educational and informative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To date we have published 40 blogs\/articles<\/a> about how to Order to Cash Innovations, Responses to inflation, Tips for a Productive workplace to mention a few available in our blogs section. We created content to support our customers and partners in adapting to the fast changing environment.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n
